I am extremely disappointed with the service and food quality at Sagar Sweet Centre. Today, I ordered 35 tandoori rotis, but when they ran short, they just threw in tawa rotis instead without even asking me. To make matters worse, I also ordered 2 boxes of chicken curry, and it was so incredibly sour that it was completely inedible. We had to throw it away. This is not the first time this has happened. They have pulled stunts like this with us multiple times now. Zero consistency, zero customer respect, and awful food quality. Save your money and go somewhere else where they actually care abou

This was my first visit to Sagar Sweet Shop. We came in to explore the place and try something new, but the customer service was disappointing. When we asked for four spring rolls, the lady at the counter reacted in a way that felt rude, and later laughed sarcastically in the kitchen saying “just four spring rolls.” This made us feel uncomfortable and judged. The food itself was good for the price, and we did enjoy the spring rolls. However, the behaviour of the staff member affected our overall experience. I hope the management improves customer service so that every customer feels welcomed.

Paneer pakoda doesn’t look and tastes like paneer we called to ask and they hang up the call!! This type of service is very shit! I will not recommend !! Do not order at all!!

Been coming here for years.. always good food. Today I ordered 1/2 kg mixed pakoras. Total DISAPPOINTMENT. Most of them were rock solid, ended up throwing in bin.. seems like they cooked leftovers pakoras from day before in oil again... never ever coming to shop again for pakoras..
