I went here on a weekend with my friend and her husband. There was a bit of a queue but you were allowed to wait inside and they write your name down. After 20 minutes we were seated. They gave menus if you wanted to go up to the counter or you can scan a QR code and order from the table. Similar to other Nando’s restaurants. Loads of meals and platters to choose from. I went for the Lemon and Herb 10 chicken wings and two sides, peri rice and peri chips, my friend and her husband got the sharing platter. Food was good, arrived quickly and tasted delicious. Had a lovely experience at Nando’s thanks to our amazing server, Jess! She was incredibly polite, kind, and brought such good energy to our table. The customer service is excellent across the board whether you're calling about a delivery or walking through the door. I’ve visited alone during their busiest times and they always accommodate me perfectly, which I really appreciate. Truly brilliant staff and great vibes. Highly recommend!
