I come here twice a week and the service is always top notch. Much better than other Costa shops. I especially want to highlight Jasmine. I have an unusual food allergy and she was very helpful and thorough in explaining the process and answering all my questions. Never rushed us or made us feel unwelcome. Genuinely five star service and a credit to the brand and store. She was so friendly and I wanted to leave a review because of the way she went above and beyond.

Placed an order to collect in 20 minutes time, got to the store and it was very quiet, no order waiting for me, asked where it was and the staff hadn’t been checking the machine. Had to wait an additional 10+ minutes for order that hadn’t even been started. Made us late, as we hadn’t accounted waiting an additional near 15 mins because the staff wasn’t looking at orders and too busy chatting. It was for 2 drinks and 4 cold pastries.

Warm and welcoming but they never have enough stock in. Tried to order 3 different things nope. Tried to order food dont have that eaither. Should take things off the menu or have a sign saying limited menue or sold out. Always come here and every week it just gets worse
