We came here for lunch and had 2 vouchers so had to book 2+2 Separately. Unfortunately they could not seat us together. They could have quite easily put two tables together, but close not too. The server was excellent even though it was super busy. The food was quite slow to come out and was slightly disappointing. Both my son and I had a pepperoni pizza and it just lacked cheese (Picture attached) I expected a bit more from this chain. Had it not been for the server, it would have been a lower rating.

Absolutely brilliant service. Unfortunately, the salmon and king prawn pasta was far too salty for my wife. My Very Meaty calzone was lovely and full of flavour, and the ingredients tasted fresh, but the inside didn’t feel hot or fully cooked. It had great potential, it just needed to be hotter and cooked through a bit more. Overall good value (with the voucher) and enjoyed the experience.

11th June 26. 1700hrs. Had a wonderful tea time meal following our matinee show at the theatre. Great service by the fantastically welcoming and approachable Connor and the ever so approachable and lovely Toni. Meals were meaty Calzoni and Salmon and prawn ravioli. The only reason I gave a 4 star for the meal is I had the meaty Calzoni however they're not a patch on Roma in Newcastle. Thank you Connor/Toni x
