Jimi Scott★★I’ve ordered from this Aiken, SC location multiple times, and it’s always the same—long waits, poor planning, and bad management. Today I ordered online to save time, but when I arrived, no one was in the kitchen and my food hadn’t even started. I waited nearly 30 minutes for a simple order (4 tenders and a sandwich). Staff were outside instead of working, and even after the food was ready, I had to wait for sweet tea. This is unacceptable. Management clearly doesn’t care, and it shows. Terrible experience on multiple occasions. Sad part is KFC has great chicken but this location makes it to
Jenny Lee★Worst establishment I've ever been to. Toxic environment to be in, spoiled/undercooked chicken being sold to customers, employees AND paying customers being treated deplorably by the district and store manager, and the list could go on forever. Have reported this franchise to corporate multiple times but haven't yet seen any actions taken to rectify the problems effectively. Maybe exposing the corruption on social media and to local news affiliates might be more effective.
