Nate_yeah84★★It was raining so a few of us decided to go here after work. I have to admit… after going to Japan for so long it hard for me to really get the feel for local ramen in Hawaii… anyways let’s start with the service, which was nice and friendly, they check on you every once in a while even though it’s a small place. The food… well it’s okay, nothing to go crazy or come back for it’s a set it and forget it. The miso ramen was okay, the plus was it came with a lot of noodles. That’s all I have to say about that. The curry was okay… and even the katsu. Oh and make sure to ask for the gyoza to be wel
Ronin★★★Ngl, its comfort food. Like Sumo Ramen its local favorites, nothing fancy or special. I got the chicken katsu ramen on a rainy day. It hit the spot. Simple and savory ramen broth with lots of bean spouts, chicken katsu, and what looks to be sun noodles. Lol Would I come back, yes, time to time, since the cost is reasonable to the size.
R allives★I had to pour half of their soy sauce bottle into the soup so that it would taste like something. Then its the hard boiled egg which is supposed to be soft boiled. The service is good, but the ramen is terrible. Ate here because everything else we wanted to go to was closed. Its that bad that I would rather eat Mcdonalds in a pinch.
Sister_Iona★★★★I wanted to absolutely love this place. Their Gyoza dumplings were amazing, especially considering I got a portion for free. (Happy Hour special.) The ramen was a little too salty for me, and the egg was unfortunately hard-boiled. Just a few little touches that chose efficiency over taste.
