The grub was top-notch, but the service was a right mess.

Dined here with family so we needed a table for 7 of us during dance competitions. We were seated promptly and our server was delightful, easily engaging in conversation with us and attending to our dining needs. The space is large and inviting. The menu has options for many tastes. The food was very good (and fries stolen from my cousin's plate? Divine!).

$6.50 for warm domestic pints (they shouldn’t be priced at more than $4.50 as you can find a brewery with better pricing for craft beer). Cheeseburger special was good but the fries were colder than the drafts. “Credit card fee” was closer to 6%. Bartender missed putting in our appetizer and we still gave her close to 25% tip. The bar, room and furniture are all very well worn combined with an atmosphere that made my wife feel uncomfortable. Other than convenience relating to another downtown activity, I don’t see why anyone would go here. Maybe that is why there were no more than 15 peo

My family visited here while on a visit for a wedding. It's not bad as the name sounds like an Irish pub but really more spots bar vibe. The burger wasn't bad, tasty with good fries on the side and decent pizzas. We may have hit on the wrong night as they seemed very low-staffed, several tables still covered with empty plates all through our own meal. It's well spaced out so lots of room to sit, some hoop games and pool table to use as well. I imagine it's busier during football season but for a classic sports bar in Akron, it's a good bet.

Very unclean place, dirty gross floors, table we were sat at had dirt on it I had to brush off the menus are this crumbly ripped paper the glasses were unclean even tho our server reassured us that’s just cause they stacked them wet the night before (which causes bacteria fyi) beer tasted foul never left somewhere not finishing a beer the foam also left a residue on the glass wings were good tho
