I placed an order for one Mickey D's Dinner Box, one small Sprite, and one Ranch Snack Wrap, and only the Sprite arrived in the bag. How is it possible that they forgot to send the food? I'm upset.

As an autism advocate, I am deeply concerned by the experience a local family shared with me regarding this location. According to the mother, after reporting a serious child safety concern involving an item left within a child’s reach, she and her 4-year-old autistic son were allegedly met with disrespect instead of compassion. Dry, old, not-even warm cheeseburg, ordered with no pickle and extra onions but prepared with a pickle and exactly 2 almost-invisible-the naked-eye onion particles; an empty fry bag; a number, about 20 and certainly ridiculously measly, of seemingly colder-than-room-temperature loose fries in the bag; and 5 ketchup packets. Worst fast food I've ever had. Shame on anyone who helped do this or knew about it and didn't try to stop it.
