Just tried to order from there. The app wasn't working and upon walking in to order the employee specifically stated that "aren't taking walk in orders." Store is still open, with close to 3 hours before close. If the app had worked, it would have been 4 hours. No sign ot valid explaination on why the store can't accept orders. (That I know of) I'm not trying be a Karen here, I'm just really confused. We ended up giving our money to someone else. This location is normally really good, but if this kind of issue happens again, I may just go to another location in the future.

This is one of the last fast food utopias in the Alabaster/Pelham area. Please don't ever change. Everything is always awesome. The service is always good, employees are friendly and the sandwiches are always packed and sliced perfect, EXTRA bonus our order is always right. Just wanted to update because we had another awesome experience today. This is my favorite Arby's in the area. The service is always awesome. Everybody is always friendly and my roast beef is always sliced thin like I like it. Perfect every time!!!
