DO NOT EAT HERE.! I door dashed food on 10/26/2025 from this location 1103 1st St N, Alabaster, AL.! Not only did they get my order wrong they gave me uncooked meat and chx tenders that were not even breaded.! I currently do not have a vehicle and cannot get my money back from door dash because every time I try to report the food it doesn’t allow me too.! Door dash is not responsible for the inconvenience or nasty food that was prepared by nasty, sorry, workers.! I will not be eating at any Milos location again in my life I spent 20 bucks on a meal and could not even eat it.!

The food was pretty good, not the golden years quality for sure. Inside this location, there is no where to sit - so beware of that. Most the staff was accommodating and seemed to be hard at work. Some can make you feel like your a nuisance while others are very kind. Be sure you taste your drink and check your order before leaving. Drinks can be lacking carbonation often.

The food is great! The place has no seating, though, and the drive through is always packed to the brim. If you don't mind a brief wait, it's worth it, however, as they move through the orders rapidly - one of the last remaining examples of properly "fast" fast food.

One of the best if not the best fast food in Alabaster. It’s a shame you can’t eat in but they do a great job here. It’s always good and the order is always right. I eat here about once a week.
