Today was a bogo burger day. I totally understand that it's going to be busy and expected about a 30 min max wait. It was busy but not insane. I wait to order and nobody will even look at me, so 1 place it on the app. Fast forward an hour, I ask multiple workers about my order and the status. By then, they're almost closed, there's only me and a handful of people waiting left. I noticed at least 20 people who ordered after me get their food before mine. I ended up having to wait for my food for about an hour. I talked to the same employee about three times and he kept saying that it was going to get done and that they were working on it but they were in fact not and I had to wait in a very hot and crowded environment for my burger that was saying it was completed 45 minutes before i actually received it. I understand the time I went to was during their Bogo deal, but I should not have had to wait an hour for food that I had placed beforehand online and came in when it said completed and so I had to wait about 45 minutes for it to actually be
