I do not recommend that you stop at this IHOP in Alamogordo. When you first walk in, you were not greeted you had to wait for a long time to even be acknowledge that you had in the restaurant. Then the waiting lobby was hot. After we were shown where we were going to be seated, one thing we noticed was that the floors were extremely dirty. The tables were dirty. The silverware and glasses were dirty. The coffee had a metallic taste to it. Once we received our order, the food was burnt, and my sister received spoiled food. I do not recommend this place. Went in to have breakfast with my parents and Absolutely loved the service. Thanks to Ms. Brenda our waitress who made our experience Amazing. She was very kind and kept checking on us food came out in a decent amount of time no long wait and Ms. Brenda kept checking in on us often despite being busy with other tables. One of the Greatest things about her was how she could tell my father was needing his food faster and went ahead and brought out my parents meals first and shortly after mine. Brenda is amazing waitress. She is very courteous and is always on top of things. I look forward to coming in here on my three days that we eat breakfast here I am a regular customer and seeing her as our waitress makes my family feel good. I think she deserves to make more money than what she’s making besides tips that she makes.
