Dee Dee Christensen★★★★We had the ribs special and it was really good. The mashed potatoes and gravy were amazing. The girls who work the bar were really friendly and really good service. One of the girls greets everybody as they walk in through the door. It seems like such a small thing but that really makes a big difference, to me anyways. They have the outside seating so it’s dog friendly. Oh and apparently Wednesday is karaoke night.
Lex Z★★★★★This was awesome pub to hang out with friends and watch a sports game. It's located in the heart of downtown Albany, but it is definitely a Buffalo Bills bar. The bartender was very friendly and impressively attentive. The owner of the bar greeted all of the customers entering. Jessica McCormack★★★★★This place gets PACKED when there are shows next door. Food is nothing special but decent and when crowded, it can take a while. Service however is amazing. For the amount of patrons during show nights, these workers are a well oiled machine who maintain their composure under pressure with humor and a smile. They should be recognized for their abilities to juggle the amount of people asking for drinks, food, ketchup, etc. thanks for another good time pre-concert!

Anyone who has read my reviews knows I try to write in an easily readable format. I try to make fair calls on ratings and realize that it is my feeling alone and only on the item I have decided to try. High class food is not a requirement. Frugality in all things has stood me well. I am fortunate to get a good quantity of views, both in photos and text. Thank you for indulging me in this prelude. Now for #120. A week and a half ago I visited McGeary's with some fa
