I use to go to Sake Cafe regularly when I worked at Sage College of Albany but after this I won’t be returning for a ramen. I ordered beef ramen but was severely disappointed. The “beef” is very light and doesn’t taste/look like real beef. Also, I’m used to Ramen having aromatics, toppings, and veggies like green onion, Bok choy, etc. The ramen only had some spinach tossed in with no additional options even for an added cost. I would recommend sticking only to their sushi and their entrées.
