Sara the Lead Barista poured very very little foam on both my drinks. I asked for a venti oatmilk shaken espresso but on a Trent’s cup bc I was adding cold foam and needed the extra room as it costs $1.25 and on a venti cup they barely put any foam. I get my drinks and she literally only put a splash of the foam. I understand is company policy for no drinks to be on Trenta cup for espressos but I asked for a venti to be on a trenta for the added space. Very disappointed as this was never an issue and today it was just the worst service!!

Didn’t get what I ordered. The lavender cold foam matcha was not added. Also had a lavender Frappuccino and it was very watery.

My favorite Starbucks! 💚 The staff here are always so welcoming and friendly, they really make you feel at home. The service is quick even when it’s busy, and my drinks are always made perfectly (they never get my order wrong!). The atmosphere is cozy, clean, and just the right spot to either relax with a coffee or get some work done. Definitely my go-to Starbucks – highly recommend!

Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk (?) Shaken Espresso. Asked if there was oat milk in my drink before driving away and she told me to my face, that yes there was oat milk added. There's no milk of any kind in this cup, (granted I drank some) the coffee is transparent. She asked if I wanted a cup of oat milk so I could add it to the drink. I'm driving and I paid over $6 for this, I'm not going to juggle an extra cup to fix my drink. I don't know man, maybe I'm bring to harsh but I'm tired of paying a premium to for a sub-standard product.
