Chad Gilmore★I ordered online and went inside to pick up my order. The cashier completely ignored me while I stood at the counter for online orders. She proceeded to help the customers that walked in and were needing to order. Many of them walked in after me. Yet she continued to only look at them and wouldn’t even acknowledge my presence. I had to go get in the other line in order for assistance. Once she finally acknowledged me I found out my food had been ready and was sitting in a bag. As soon as I opened it I found that all of my food was cold. I was told it would be ready at 6:09. I arrived inside a

It was cold. We ordered and picked it up within 10 minutes. The last order was not great either. I think the quality has definitely dropped.
