The staff is really not much, a staff two people, terrible service, terrible wait time, terrible cleanliness. All for $9.87. Don’t come here go to Costco get a five dollar chicken and feed your family right

Came through the drive through late at night after a long day. Had the most pleasant experience with the lady named MoMo in the drive thru. She was bubbly and refreshing. Not to mention they were quick with their service. 10/10 would recommend showing up at 1 am on a friday night for some good food! That girl deserves a raise haha

The drive-through was very empty when I first came through and so was the inside, but yet all the tables were messy and gross except for the tables that the workers were sitting at and then the drive-through started to get busy after 10 minutes yet we still haven’t got our food. We’ve gotten is attitude and staring. If you want good customer service I would not recommend coming here if you want your food In a decent time frame I would go to the one down the road cause this one is not the place. It seems like nobody wants to do their job or that they can’t do their job because they’re incompete

I had a really disappointing experience at the Taco Bell on TV Highway. I found a long, nasty hair in my food — absolutely disgusting. When I brought it up, Dulce was polite and did her best, but she had to keep calling her GM to figure out what to do. After a long wait, all they offered was a refund. That’s not enough for something this gross — we should have been given a gift card or some form of proper compensation for the experience and the inconvenience. I will never come back to this location. Absolutely foul 🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮
