How have I never been to one before! I have been missing out and was blown away by the food, service and quality as well as how clean the dining area was. I never ordered here before and didnt understand how they do the fry portions. Generous portions is an understatement! Will be back to this one if in the area or another location for sure! Cant believe I never tried it before and very impressed. Shoutout to Thrashers in OC which I recognized asap 😀

May 29th 8:50pm. Service was poor - didn’t want to take our order and barely spoke when they did with a lot of laughing and joking. It felt as though we were a bother by coming in. This is not a place I would recommend to anyone in this area. The Hispanic girl seemed to be the one who was alert and there. It was not a good feeling.

Stopped in at Five Guys today and even though the place was absolutely slammed, Laura and her team were on point. You could tell they were juggling a ton, but Laura stayed calm, friendly, and completely in control. She kept the line moving, made sure everyone was taken care of, and still managed to give great customer service. Huge shoutout to her and the staff for handling a busy rush like pros. Great experience all around.

The burgers here are absolutely delicious, but that's where the good part ends. Both free-style machines were out of carbonation for a majority of the drinks they offer. The coke was spitting out thick, black syrup into the cup which was super flat. The male employee stocking peanuts was very rude to my mom when she asked him a question instead of being helpful. Lastly, the fries were soggy; we ended up throwing half away because they were so inedible.
