On November 13, 2025 at 1:56pm, I placed an order through the Sonic mobile app for a Pretzel Bacon Double Sonic Smasher and Groovy Fries, asking for the store to add extra crispy fried onions ($0.20 more). I also indicated that I would like a side of Buffalo Sauce with my fries, and made sure that only mustard was the only condiment on my burger (due to a mayonnaise allergy, which causes issues with my stomach). I arrived at the store within 10 minutes of my order and the staff immediately brought out my order once I checked in. Once I arrived back at work with my lunch, I was shocked to find

Never willing to admit the mistakes they make on orders. Just happen to go to this one because its closest and more convenient one around when we do decide to make this our choice for drinks or food, the manager even came to the window and said no " I made it right " 8pm shift on 06/08/26 manager on site

I like Sonic's sweet tea..a lot. I normally go to a different Sonic location. The car hop was very nice, the touch screen would not allow me to to tip on my card. I only had change on me, but the server was appreciative. I will keep more small bills on me for the future.

I ordered 2 meals today. The man taking the orders was abrupt and seemed to be annoyed. One of the meals was a fish sandwich which I had eaten before in Tucumcari NM. It was so good that I ordered one today. No comparison. The one I got today was between 2 greasy buns and the fish was small and was almost burnt. The tater tots were cold and hard...also the grease was old. So will not order any more food from there.
