“The best coffee shop all around for coffee, food, atmosphere and service. The chicken that comes with the chicken and grits is perfect. I also love their tamagoyaki sando. They always make a very solid latte or mocha.”
“It was my first time there, the food was great!! The coffee was also amazing!! The line is long but it didn’t take forever! It’s more of a brunch place. Parking is across the street. We will be back (: Updated- we went back and love it even more!! I got the burger and it was amazing!!”

weezie’s Way★★★★★Omg new favorite breakfast spot, we had the biscuits n gravy and it wasn’t your ordinary flat flavored gravy, it has sooo much flavor. The smashed fried potatoes are hands down the best fried potatoes ever and they have the best dipping sauces. Bacon crispy medium thick perfectly cooked, with scrambled eggs. The brekkie burger was the best burger I’ve had in years. We had 2 vanilla, honey, cinnamon lattes great coffee flavor. The latte is really good, I just wish they had more syrup flavors. Service was wonderful and they have ample seating inside and outside. Prices aren’t Waffle House but the taste isn’t either..for 2 people our bill was $63…so needless to say I won’t be there weekly but I will definitely be back
Alexandra Flower★★★★I popped in here for some food and coffee between appointments. I was looking for a place where I could work and have some decent food — not only baked goods. I had the Yaki Omelette, which was surprisingly tasty, even if a bit oily for my taste. It was delicious! I got a drip coffee to taste (I think this is a good place to start to test coffee) and it was okay, not excellent but not terrible! The food and the quality and set up of seating was most impressive. They also played decent music — the smiths, Jeff Buckley— which was respectable. I am a Gen Z for reference and the staff was my age. I sometimes find staff members from my generation a bit standoff-ish, impersonal, and awkward… so no surprise there but overall my experience was good. The food came out in a timely manner and was hot, and, as I said, tasty! A would come back if I were in the area.
Matthew Hernandez★★★★★My favorite roaster in the area! They constantly have unique coffees with a variety of origins and processes roasted to bring out incredible flavors. Their seasonal drinks are always on point, with balanced flavors that complement the coffee instead of competing with it. Their food is unique, fresh and delicious!. The Nashy ‘Nati Chicken Biscuit is where it’s at! The owners and staff are nice and friendly in a genuine way. Not over the top or in your face. Everything I’ve experienced here feels intentional and is well crafted.

K Jacobs★★★★★Coffee is great. Food is delicious. Had the breakfast with eggs, bacon, smashed potatoes. Eggs were perfectly scrambled and fresh tasting. Smashed potatoes were SO good, crispy outside, tender inside. Amazing! Place is like an old garage but inviting and comfortable inside. Employees are competent and very friendly. One of the better coffee shops in the area.

Sherry M★★★★★The BEST breakfast I've had yet!!!! 3 pancakes with honey butter and maple syrup...thick, fluffy and done to perfection! The Plain and Simple and the Meat and Potatoes were just as amazing! Caramel latte was great as were the Chai's, but they didn't have cold foam or any whip for them. Atmosphere was great! They have indoor and outdoor seating. Quite a line but it went very quickly and our food didn't take long either and it was hot. Great setup and service! HIGHLY recommend The Proud Hound! ♥️
Carly★★★I usually love Proudhound but I was really disappointed with my most recent visit. I ordered a triple shot iced latte. There was barely any ice, it had mostly melted by the time I walked across the street to my car. The flavoring wasn’t mixed in and was sitting at the bottom of the cup. The taste in general was just off compared to what I’ve had in the past. I waited around 20 minutes and unfortunately didn’t have time to ask them to remake it. It wasn’t near as busy I have seen them, one person was ordering when I came in. I will likely return and hope this was just an off day for them.
