Marly Koch★★★★★Let me start by saying Sofia is the best! This is the second time Sofia has been our server and it is the second time she has been phenomenal. She is kind, professional, and truly wonderful. And her service is unmatched. She is attentive and observant. My drink was not empty and she was already bringing another. What a fantastic server! The food is always wonderful (shout out to the awesome cooks!) As a former server, I was uncomfortable coming in an hour to close and I semi expected the staff to be irritated, but they were nothing but extremely kind. Thank you, Hu Hot!

The food on the bar looked really fresh, although the tofu was basically one frozen block and could not be portioned out. The bar portion was cooked very quickly, my food came out perfectly, the flavors and textures were great! One person in my group who had lots of veggies said that they would have preferred a longer cook time, but other than that the service was fast and the food was delicious.
