This location has always been my go to. Josefina’s customer service is amazing! Everytime I go, I get greeted with a smile & kindness. She deserves a raise!! The food is a 10/10 & the service is a 10/10, all of that for a good price, you can’t beat that! Shoutout to the female cooks, too! It’s very much appreciated! I usually like Jack in the Box. This morning however I went to this location. I ordered a LG vanilla, sweet cream, iced coffee with extra syrup and whipped cream along with the jumbo jack breakfast platter, the sausage and bacon combo.And that was it, that was what I had ordered.My coffee didn't have whipped cream or extra syrup and that's fine.I mentioned it at the window, they put the whipped cream on it no problem. when I got my food home however there was no bacon. I paid for the bacon & not to be rude but I would like what i paid for. The lady who answered the phone didn't speak very goo

I absolutely hate coming to this Jack in the box!!! They are so strict on their sauces. No other Jack in the box does this. And today I asked for no lettuce on my tacos and got home there’s lettuce!!! I’m so angry
