“Egg Benedictate delicious! Potatoes are crunchy, I love it! Boyd's customer service is great! We'll definitely come back again and stay at this hotel next time we visit Anchorage!”
“Views are nice, overlooking the world's busiest sea plane base. Food is hit or miss depending on what you get. (The burgers look like a solid choice). Service is friendly and attentive. Would come again and try a burger.”
“Service was quick and enjoyed my scramble and coffee. Although cloudy and rainy, I enjoyed the nice view of Lake Hood/Spenard. They have a side coffee shop where you can order your favorite latte or specialty coffee as well.”

Jerry Miller★★★★Breakfast at The Flying Machine Restaurant Which is inside The Lakefront Restaurant next to Lake hook off Spenard Road Plenty of room and quiet on this New Years Day I chose the Kodiak Crab and Shrim Omelet added mushrooms and bacon! Had a decent crab flavor but was more like a canned crab which doesn't showcase Alaskan Crab, I was hoping nice chunks like from leg pieces and such also the Shrimp were small like salad canned shrimp 🍤. Overall a good dish for was good but I was hoping for something more. Potatos were average , fixed with salt pepper and hot sauce. I did enjoy the buttered sourdough toast which was light Buttery and crunchy Was a good Simple breakfast for $25 I'd tey agai. With different menu items
Gabby Gonzalez★★★★★Was here in January on vacation @ stayed at this hotel. Our reservation came with vouchers for the restaurant so we got good use out of that. It was so convenient being just downstairs & actually quite good! The food was tasty & fresh, no complaints over here. The sourdough pancakes were really soft & moist & I especially liked the jam it came with! Coffee was always hot & plentiful. Service was short staffed some times but they made due & did a fabulous job. Thank you!
Judy Taylor★Food was ok... Husband had the salmon, which was good. I had the crab stuffed halibut,, which wasn't "stuffed" at all, just laid on top, and the halibut was totally bland- is it supposed to be??? Then our waitress only checked in on us once during the meal,,, then we waited 15 minutes after we were done before she checked in again... At which time we ordered dessert. Waited 20 MINUTES. . and finally got ahold of her to just cancel it.
Darryl Gay★★★★★Nicely styled restaurant inside the Lakefront Hotel. The menu was kind of basic though, and there are those Dennys style tables- much too simple for a place sitting on the water with a great view. Service was excellent though. Ana P. was our server and tended to us as if we were the only ones there. I had the Prime Rib and one of Alaska's many fine beers! Thank you Ana!
Nursefoodie threesixty★★★★★The restaurant has some great views of the lakes surrounding the hotel and staff is very friendly and helpful with the menu. For this visit we have one of their traditional Alaskan breakfasts, featuring reindeer meats and pancakes and it did not disappointed. You definitely will want to seat by the window as the views to my opinion enhance your breakfast experience. If you’re getting of the plane this is a great place to grab some breakfast since it’s only about 5 minutes form the airport.
