Matthew Woodings★★★★★Raising Cane’s is a treat in our house. It’s a 25-minute drive, and I’m usually the one making the run, but it’s absolutely worth it. Our go-to order is an unchanged *Box*. The chicken tenders are juicy with a light, crispy, flavorful coating. The fries are crisp, the toast is always soft and perfectly toasted, and the coleslaw never disappoints. One note: a single Cane’s sauce is not enough—*The Box* is a two-sauce minimum. It’s fast food, but it’s the kind that’s consistently good, filling, and really hits the spot.

For food and service though one because I ordered from door dash a box combo, substituted coleslaw for extra sauce AND added another extra sauce. I am missing a sauce that I paid for. Very annoying not sure how they see it on their end but it doesn’t take much to read an order and provide what it is asked.
Ana Raab★The food is great. We love raising canes. But the service is awful. Twice now they have given us kids meal bags that didn’t actually have kids meals in them. Once was in the drive thru like a week ago. Unfortunately we were halfway home before I handed the food to my kid. Fortunately, my other kid wanted McDonald’s, so at least she had food. The kids meal bag did have one of their styrofoam containers in it, but it just had bread in it. Which we didn’t order. The second time was tonight when we didn’t get any of our 3 drinks, and only got 1 kids meal bag, but it only had the kids “toy” in it

They also took my friends fries out when we had asked for extra toast in his meal (he paid extra for the toast) Food still taste good but would've been nice if the mistakes weren't made
