This Frisch's location is Iconic, they have always had great service and food. It is a place me and my mom come to visit every single time I come home. This visit was a little disappointing with the younger wait staff sitting in the drive through window area telling stories and gossiping instead of making sure things are done. I asked for extra sauce when I ordered so I expected it to come to the table with the sandwich. So about a month ago I ordered a super big boy meal and got home to find the sandwich was covered in slop cold and on top of that the hamburger patties were raw which I didn’t notice until eating 1/2 of it. I called immediately and The female night shift manager said she would write my name in the book to replace it. Today when I went to get my replacement meal my name was never listed in the book. The service was great. Our waitress was very friendly and provided us with everything we needed. The food was okay. I had the roast beef with gravy and mashed potatoes. I didn't care for the potatoes. They were instant and not made right. They were still flaky, which gave them a funny texture and taste. My fiance had the lasagna. It tasted good, but you could tell it was also cheaply made. We ordered my son the kids meal hamburger and French fries. It was decent.The coffee was really good. I, also, loved that they bring you your own personal pot when you order coffee.

My brother and I came in at about 230 on a weekday. Esthetic looked great to us, people were there eating midday, and our waitress was friendly and very attentive. Our food was OK, we were starving, but as we ate, I noticed all of the dust and webbing on the light above us and the blinds and even the walls. This place needs to shut down for a whole day of deep cleaning. This was a nostalgic visit, but I was very grossed out by how dirty the environment was around us. I used the restroom and that was pretty gross and dirty too. Again, the service was very friendly and food was quick! This place
