I get rally’s every few weeks, and the popcorn chicken everytime has been too hard to eat. Its made me stop eating there over time, and I got chicken strips and 2 were cooked with each other and connected, super gross and hard to eat. Was soggy and not cooked all the way. Please do better or I won’t be eating here anymore, please. I have to edit this post because I can’t review it more than once. I haven’t been to rally’s since I put the review, and the same thing happened to me again. I spent $11 for 8 chicken strips and instead I got 2 strips and 2 cooked together strips that weren’t cooked

Had 3 people working no cars in drive thru and had every car (3) pull into a parking spot. Manager told drive thru to get all these cars payments and over to a spot. Not a person even ordering from inside.

My only second time at Rally's ! Smokey BBQ bacon Buford. ! Amazing 🤩 Honestly they have great promos on their apps and through drive are way better than any other place . Made fresh off the grill made to order . You can really taste it's been cooked on a grill. It has that unique grilled yummy 😋 taste . Not zapped in microwave like others places!!!! Must try so worth drive!! Staff ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ #1 . And please keep in mind respect that they are making your items hot fresh made to order of actual grill not microwave. Waited for Brian to get my order. 2 classics, a fry and a strawberry shake. Shake was room temperature and runny. The burgers were premaid and the size of a silver dollar. Fries were greasy. I know they need help but the quality should've been there and wasn't.
