I placed a mobile order to the KFC on 57th and Baltimore avenue in Philadelphia, PA. The order was supposed to be ready at 6:49, so I drove to the drive thru speaker at that time and the woman told me the order wasn’t ready so I’d have to come in. I asked her if I can just come back in the drive thru and she said yes when the order status says “ready” on the app. I waited a few minutes after receiving the “ready” status, which was literally 30 seconds after I pulled off the first time, went back into the drive thru and she told me there were no mobile orders ready. Worst kfc in da city. Decided to never return a few years ago, after I went there nd they didn’t have my food. Had been numerous times before it, usually sub par service. This time, after they went over a full year post covid and still didn’t open the lobby, I go up to the drive thru almost 15 minutes after I had placed my mobile order. A simple combo that takes one minute to assemble, they just kept telling me walk to the side and wait. After 5 min of waiting I go back to the window demanding the food. The customer service was very bad, providing poor service, speaking rudely, as if they were giving me the food for free; it's something they should improve. The wait was very long because there were other people waiting.

I’ve been here a total of 3 times. 2 of the times I’ve come here and had decent experiences due to great service, good food, pleasant staff etc… . The one other time my boyfriend and I came here, we had ordered through the app around 10:15ish so that all we had to do was pick the food up, the order went through on the app as normal and when we got to the store about 10 mins later it was closed lights off and everything even though online it’s says they close at 11pm. So ultimately this location is sort of hit or miss honestly.
