We got takeout here yesterday. We ordered the vegetable dumplings, KFC, and a sushi roll. When I called to order, I asked if the sushi roll could be bagged separately and was told sure. When I arrived it was all bagged together, so I had to ask for another bag. That’s the one star deduction for service. The vegetable dumplings were soggy, but maybe they would be fine if eaten in house. The spicy tuna in the sushi roll was minced, which we do not like. Obviously, this is a personal preference, but additionally there was just too much sauce on top. The KFC chicken was good, but such a small port

I got to say it exceeded my expectations. The amount of food for the price was spectacular. I ordered the chef's special and it was all grade a top-notch high-end. Our server, Zen, explain multiple menu items and let us down a great path. So much food my wife had to roll me out. Absolutely sure we will go back multiple times. Went back today and again had a great experience. More than fair amount of food for the price. Extremely high quality. And outstanding service. Cannot wait to get back down there again

We’ve been going to Sushi Suyu at least once a week for awhile… and it’s hands down our go-to sushi spot in Apex. The sushi is always fresh, high-quality, and consistently excellent. Service is friendly, attentive, and efficient every time. What really sets them apart is the consistency… you never leave disappointed. We also visit their Sushi Suyu (Brier Creek) location when we’re nearby and it’s the same great experience. If you’re looking for the best sushi in the local area, Sushi Suyu is an easy recommendation. Highly recommended.
