Honestly really disappointed. I work in fast food myself so I understand rushes and mistakes happen, but food still should be served correctly. The chicken I received looked old, overcooked, and like it had either been refried or sitting under the warmer way too long. It was dry, dark, and not fresh at all. I normally don’t complain, but this was unacceptable especially for the price. Please pay more attention to food quality.

Just horrible, they made my dasher wait over an hour for the order just for me to get it cold, incomplete chicken, dirty napkins, smashed biscuits, never again!

I ordered a BBQ chicken sandwich and a pot pie but received a mess instead of my food. They gave me two sandwiches that weren't even made correctly. Just chicken soaked in sauce on a bun. Supposed to have mayo and pickles, too. The pot pie wasn't there and replaced by a second nasty sandwich. Plus they gave me Pepsi instead of Dr Pepper. Extremely disappointed!

DON’T DO IT!! Ordered delivery they forgot both 2 piece combo orders, no sauces in the bag, they forgot a supergirl boba drink and they added gravy to everything that said NO GRAVY. $65 later…Highly disappointed. Called to see if I could pick up missing items and they NEVER answer their phone. Now I’m out of food and money. I only write reviews to give merit to businesses but to THIS KFC these errors in ONE order is just unacceptable .
