Chosen by luck, and expectations truly blown away. As soon I walked into the restaurant, the candle light and soft music with gentle conversations overlapping set the perfect background. Server was kind, gave accommodations for gluten intolerance, and was very attentive with good timing on food delivery. Always wonderful courses, every time. I have never been disappointed. To me, it is my favorite place to order lamb as I know , it will be tasty and tender. An inviting atmosphere and quiet enough to have good conversations Plenty of time between courses , so you can take your time ... never rushed. This was our first time visiting Apollon, and I have to say that this is one of the best dining experiences I've ever had in Appleton, the Fox Cities or the wider area, period.
