If you find yourself in Appleton, you’ve got to check out Elinor! This adorable little restaurant is small (only 33 seats!) but packs a big punch when it comes to charm. We had a reservation and had to wait just a smidge for our table, but let me tell you—it was totally worth it! We kicked things off with the chef's choice popcorn, and wow, what a fun appetizer! It’s such a neat idea and super tasty. For my main dish, I went with the short ribs, and they were cooked to absolute perfection. My husband chose the halibut, which was flaky and delicious—definitely a winner! And dessert? Oh my goodn
