I’m baffled she’s in a leadership position to begin with. Whoever owns that place needs to find a new GM. I came in today and everything was great. No yelling and screaming. Everyone seemed to be happy. I assume she was off today because normally she’d be yelling at everyone. Nyx Knapp★My food was fine but as I was walking out I noticed that one of the employees, I think her name was Sarah, blowing out smoke from what looked to be a vape. This is extremely gross and should not be done around food or even indoors. I don't feel comfortable going to a location where employees vape on the floor near food. I work in the food and beverage business, and it's against our policy not to mention health code and is a fireable offense.

I couldn't capture a coherent photo of the sandwich I had barely unwrapped before it shot it's uncovered (bread looked squished before toasted) guts onto my kitchen island. Instead I will impress you with the exemplary packing of the chili mac to illustrate their genuis level skills.
Joey Johnson★Sadly, I have to give it a one star to write a review when I give it a zero star. Today while visiting the Arden Hills, Minnesota location I witnessed a customer in front of me kindly ordering his sandwich while a lady known as Dee (store manager) was on her personal phone and shouting to the customer in front of me, asking what he had on his sandwich while he already explained to the person taking his order what he would like, and when he didn’t answer her, she rudely gave him the middle finger. I then tried to call and talk to the manager to ask for the district manager‘s contact information
