Great drinks and even better portions! If you’re coming for drinks, the options are extensive and very reasonably priced. I tried the Non-Alcoholic Horchata (delicious!), while my boyfriend stuck with a classic Pepsi. For food, the Quesabirria Tacos are a must-try "everyday" special. The slow-cooked beef and melted Monterey Jack were perfect, especially with the essential consommé for dipping. Since I wasn’t super hungry but my boyfriend was, he opted for the Fajita Ranchera. For starters, the wait staff is the most gracious, attentive, helpful. We eat out a lot and out seems customer service as a whole had gotten better in last few years, but this staff is incredible!. We shared there giant steak burrito. The steak was perfect and the flavor outstanding. Beer was way cold. Must go.

Had a great lunch at El Taptico with my son. The location is super convenient, especially if you’re using the nearby Tesla supercharging station, making it an easy stop while your car charges. Huge menu, salsa wasn't that spicy. Food is ok, but I'd say portions are smaller unless you get fajitas. Margaritas 🍹 are good. It's a small restaurant so it can feel a little tight. Would go back, chimicanga is good too. Interesting the ground meat is really finely ground. 3/22/25 update. Took a large group of 7 around 1 on a Saturday and got seated quickly. Maria J. I believe was our server and took excellent care of us (my aunts were a bit complicated and she did great). Next time we hope to have enough room for dessert.
