Came there 3 times to just get a quick sandwich breakfast. One of those times the breakfast sandwich was cold and I couldn't eat any of it and had to throw away a almost $6 sandwich. They should definitely do better, especially when you only have 1 customer in the dark early morning (4:30-4:45AM). Breakfast Sandwich should be legally warm or hot all around, NOT cold from a food safety perspective. Please tell your staff to truly cook the food. This is by far the worst McDonald’s in Loudoun County. It’s run by people who are completely incompetent. I have visited this McDonald’s many times over the past 10 years, and every time is the same - I order ahead in the app, pull up to the drive through, and they go make me park and wait for my food. I end up waiting for like 15-20 minutes and my order is wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME. I would actually go in after 15 minutes, and ask for my food, and it’s just sitting on the counter and nobody brought it out to me. And they get mad if you ask to remake it.
