We had dinner at the Kickback Jack's in Asheboro NC. This was my fist time eating at a Kickback Jack's. I must say it's similar to a Applebees. It has that sports bar vibe. Lot's of mixed drink options. The food was good and our waitress Halley was great. The place was really busy but we were seated immediately, and food was out fairly quick.

We split the sirloin steak & ribs which came with loaded mash potatoes and added a garden salad. The ribs were two full racks. All the food was delicious and quick. The price was reasonable.

Update: Something about my experience here bothered me so I talked to my mom about it she used to be in restaurant management and waited tables for several years. She said it sounded to her like the waitress didn't care about her job and that she most likely was stealing money since she obviously wasn't running her tickets properly and because of her attitude. So I'll looked at my review today to see if there was any response from management and notice that management doesn't respond to any of these reviews which tells me they really don't care about customer service at all so it's not even wo

My first time here the hostess was very knowledgeable of the menu and made a great recommendation for the Firecracker Shrimp starter. I ordered fried chicken, fries, and a salad. The ranch and honey mustard were great additions. The chicken was seasoned beautifully and the fries were fresh and salted but a little soggy. All of the servers seemed energetic and happy.
