I ordered honey hot wings and got regular hot, which honestly ruined the whole meal. Then being offered a $1 refund on top of that just feels dismissive. It comes across like you do not care about your customers’ experience. That does not come close to fixing the issue. They should have offered to remake it or refunded me properly
