What would have made it better for my taste buds if the shrimp were covered in the bourbon sauce instead of drizzled on. You will need to purchase a sauce for dipping the fries, which were tasty. There is a sitting area behind the truck consisting of some picnic tables. Ideal for nice weather days. The customer service was 5 star. This was my first time trying this amazing food. I loved it all. The sauce is a banger! I love the location for it. It’s open and not too far from the West End. The process to order you food is straightforward. Wait time wasn’t that long. I enjoy the egg rolls a lot. I wish this amazing place was closer to the Southside, however I don’t mind traveling for amazing food that’s feels like the NOLA. Must try again.

The food is made fresh and hot. You might have to wait a minute but it's worth it!! The atmosphere is always a vibe especially when the owners come out to speak to everyone. The chicken and beignets were good and it didn't just taste like dough. They even put the sauce on the side for my chicken like I requested.
