Cute little ramen shop central in Auburn. We ordered black tonkotsu and shoyu with a chicken karaage appetizer. Everything was good quality and served quickly.

Im visiting from out of town. First two places I looked at going were closed on Monday so I landed here. The staff was very kind and welcoming. I was greeted with smiles and was served promptly. I ordered the golden lemon ginger fresher which was a perfect mixture of sweet and fizzy. The ginger was not over powering at all. I ate a bowl of the spicy tan tan ramen next which was not too spicy. The broth was extremely savory. The longer it sits on your tongue you experience more and more flavors. I've had a lot of ramen in my travels and these guys are up there for me. I knew it was go

Flavorful broth and perfectly cooked ramen. Meat is tender. We ordered the spicy tonkatsu ramen. Wait wasn’t long. The scallion pancakes dipped in chili oil and soy sauce was delicious. I’m a big fan of crispy pancakes. 🤤

Wow just wow, I was not expecting a very authentic ramen in Auburn. As Japanese this is as authentic as you can get around here. The broth is on a thicker side similar to Santoka and more thicker than Ichiran or Danbo which I prefer, and Chashu is way better than Danbo or Kizuki for sure.
