The perfect chewy texture to go with beautifully cooked duck with skin that cracks like glass. The specialty cocktail was a lovely accompaniment, and they definitely pour their drinks strong at frog Hollow! I got a bottle of rosè with it, and the wine that my waitress recommended was absolutely perfect!
