“Great food high prices”

Price on drive thru menu for Double Play meal is $6.99. She tries to charge me $7.99 that is in her system then has attitude with me bc I ask for the price on the sign. "I dont know what the sign says". Haven't been there in over a year and will NEVER go back. The food is not worth the regular menu prices they are charging nor the attitude because that location clearly does not have their act together. Do better!

I ordered a pup combo, with fries, root beer, and sundae. At 12:30 to pick up at 1:00. When I got there they still did Not have my order. Then said no sundaes, then told me I would have to wait for the rest of my order to come back in 10 minutes. What's the point in ordering online to have to wait anyway. Please update menu if you don't have what's on it. I have an entire office of 25 people. We order regularly, Everytime there's a problem. Sad because they have good food.

I used the app to place an order and was very pleased to find my food ready, waiting, and FRESH when I arrived. The Krystal burgers (made-to-order) are my go-to every time. The service is always great, with the cashiers giving a warm greeting and genuine smile. Bravo from start to finish!
