Coffee here is excellent! Grateful they have pour overs. Ordered the Ermias Girmai Ethiopia, Columbia and the Guatemalan Geisha from La Hermosa. The baristas Juliet and Alona did a great job. Flavor profile for the Ethiopia was a bit jammy and the hint of chocolate definitely comes thru but still very light. The geisha is spectacular. Great 3rd wave coffee shop. Ambiance is very cozy industrial. A must in the area.

I am so glad my partner and I were in walking distance from Jubilee while we stayed in Aurora temporarily. The coffee is excellent and the baristas: Juliet, Noah, and Ilona made it feel like a home away from home. We will miss being nearby!
