Tiny bake shop, BIG cookies. All the internet hype is about their Banana and Nutella cookie. Get there early if you want it, as they sell out. I am not a banana fan, so I’m here to tell you not to sleep on the PB & J cookie. She was delightful. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Take out only, no seating.

Best cookie in Austin in my opinion. Get the chocolate chip. The egg and avocado burridough is unbelievable. Heads up on the parking though—it’s a problem. If you aren’t paying attention, you’ll accidentally park in the lot right next door, where a homeless guy is hired to boot your car. People are in and out in less than 2 minutes and come back to a booted car. Especially on Saturdays. It is such a scam. Not ThoroughBreads’ fault, but be aware—they’ll get you for $100. They got me and it’s a joke. I honestly plan on sitting out there one weekend just to block them from scamming people, beca

Had sky high hopes for the cookies and it did not disappoint. It has one of the best combinations of nuts and chocolate with a perfectly cooked center an enough crisp to make you know what you got. A top three cookie of my life for sure, wish I knew about it sooner.

I’ve been coming here for a few years. The bread is the best in Austin. Can I just make a suggestion, please have your staff either wash their hands or wear fresh gloves before handling the bread. I bought some this week and your employee was sitting outside reading her book with a drink in her hand (which is totally fine, there were no customers for her to serve),she put everything down, ran her hand through her hair and then went inside and handled my bread without hand washing. I’ve noticed in the past, other employees are touching the iPad screen, doing other tasks and also touching the br
