I go to pick up my food and it’s empty in there, I’m glad that I don’t have to wait for my food but upon arriving home with my food I have 1 barbecue dipping sauce and 1 garlic parm dipping sauce for 20 wings. I see on the receipt that it did ask for side sauce but that is not how it was presented on the app and only two sauces for 20 wings? That’s crazy! It’s not even worth it to fight for 30 minutes through Mahoning traffic to try to get back and get more sauce because the wings would be even colder than they already were over an hour and a half after they were originally done! Stupid expens

Got in and was seated very quickly which is typically a good sign for a great experience. We waited 20 minutes for our water because they were out of cups and our friend ordered a beer. The waiter served it to my 12 year old daughter! We asked numerous times about our food. They at first brought us the wrong food this was now at the hour and a half of waiting. Then he asked if he could bring up the items separately in which we said yes. He brought out a warm salad with cold chicken the sauce was soggy in the chicken. I told him I'm not eating this and he didn't ask me if I wanted something els

We decided to go and take advantage of the 19.99 special that's been everywhere. It's not really that great of a deal because you can always use one protein and the rest of your size so you can't really tailor it to how you want. Food overall wasn't bad. The prices of things are changing but the atmosphere and the experience is not. The wings aren't usually that bad but that's because I ordered them a special way. I ordered a blue Long Island and it really just tastes like Kool-Aid. Our server was nice, although she didn't come back to the table very much. Overall, when you go to Buffalo wild

The service and atmosphere were great. Neicey, was our server! She was wonderful! Refilled our drinks fast and got us seated fast. Food came out fast! She got us in and out quickly! The downfall. The wings came out cold, we didn’t complain. The sauce was not warm at all on the garlic parm or the barbecue. We had to get to go boxes! Also the Pepsi was so gross We had to change to sweet tea’ They should really focus on the quality of their food Nothing at all wrong with the server! She did wonderful!
