Billy Sawyer★Went for a late bite to eat on the way home. Got the 4 piece "Box Combo" for 11.99 and boy was it overpriced for what you get. Won't be going back, I don't remember Cane's being this bad. The 4 "tenders" were no bigger than a chicken nugget from Burger King. Seriously, they were the same length as the width of the receipt. Breading was falling off and made a huge mess while trying to eat it. The fries were thin, hard and had no taste at all. I drove all the way back went inside and asked to speak to a manager. I wish I would’ve gotten her name. Her only response was “Oh”. No apologies, she didn’t even offer to get me the right order!!! I understand mistakes happen but the fact you didn’t apologize speaks volumes. I instead just received my refund and left. This is a prime example of very poor customer service!!!

I downloaded the app and ordered the food through there. I did a curbside pick up, where they bring the food to you. It only took them a couple minutes to bring the food out after my arrival. They were quick. My kids were happy with the food, said it was delicious and fresh. I would order from here again.
