We chose a total of four different pastries—and oh my, were they delicious: fragrant, crisp, yet melting in the mouth. Each pastry was just the right size for one person. on the chairs out on the front patio—savoring our treats while watching the tourists go by—was an experience well worth it.

This was my first time trying Levain Bakery, and as someone who is absolutely obsessed with giant gooey cookies, I went in with extremely high expectations and somehow they still exceeded every single one of them. These cookies are genuinely INSANE. Perfectly thick, warm, gooey in the center, slightly crisp on the outside… honestly some of the best cookies I’ve ever had.
