Juver Ramirez★Usually like this place but today was the worst, not only did they not put avocado in my double chicken AVOCADO Salad I found not 1 but 2 hairs in my food. I excused the first one thinking it was mine but then found this second deep in the food, and definitely not mine. I didn’t even finish my food. Do better come on yall smh

Steph★I just came from pollo loco and first off the girl taking our order was rude.Like okay you’re miserable at work we’ve all been there but you need to suck it up and have some customer service training or something. I ordered a guacamole chicken burrito. But literally the first five bites were just guacamole cabbage and tortillas. I opened that horribly made burrito literally had maybe 7 tiny pieces of chicken. And I didn’t get a receipt back thinking it was in the bag I didn’t ask. This place sucks.
