Got off a double shift also in customer service at 1 o’clock in the morning ordered a jumbo jack combo only to get home one city away and realize I got a double stack chicken sandwich. I overheard her in the drive-through talking to the cook saying “that’s a double stack? Ugh just give it to me anyway!” but I didn’t realize what was happening or what she was talking about until I got home. She purposely gave me the wrong food knowing that’s not what I ordered. I ordered a hamburger not a chicken sandwich. Makes sense now why she behaved with poor customer service. People with allergies beware

Ordered a kids 6 piece chicken nugget meal for my son. The man on the speaker spoke loud and clear and was super helpful. The wait wasnt bad as we were in the drive thru, they were moving cars through at a nice pace. My son loved his meal and even got an extra nugget which he was happy about.

I went in today to pick up an order up for my wife, and I have to say, that went far better and smoother, than I anticipated. It had to be ready and picked up by 11:17 am today and when I got there at ten minutes to 11:00, to my surprise and delight, they were already working on it. When they handed me my wife's order, they handed it to me at exactly 11:16 am. Now, how about that? I just love when things line up correctly. That allowed me to get to my wife's office with no interference with my wife's work. Kudos! To the Jack 'n The Box, in Banning CA on Ramsey.

I wanted over 40 min for someone to help me at the counter & take my order before I finally had enough of being ignored & said something the response i got was a huge shrug of the shoulders and her telling me "well if u dont want to keep waiting u can use the kiosk machine" even when i let her know I couldn't use the kiosk bc of my type of payment she was still rude and refused to help me. I ended up ordering n my app n went thru the drive thru to get my food. Worst customer service I've ever experienced at any fast food place in all my 37 years of life!
