Hubby was hungry!!! We went here in Bartesville, Ok to the Dillard's Clearence, because today, Feb. 17, 2026 was $1 on green tickets. Anyway, around 3pm, hubby was hungry and we went here to Rib Crib. I got 2 chicken fingers w/taters and gravy. It was really good. He had 2 meat dinner. He was very happy. Chelsea P. was our waitress. She is young with a long ponytail and VERY NICE!! We tipped her $10. The place was empty (5 customers total - 2 couples and a man), and she was the only server. When I first walked in the door, it was a little struggle with the Host. But Jamie, my Server immediately took care of it and so did the manager.Tulyssa The food was amazing. The service was out of this world. It was beyond customer service. They treated My Son very well once they got everything taken care of we all had a really good time. It was my birthday so it was a great place to go. the food was steaming hot and delicious. The waitress a.k.a. Server did her job very well. The manager did her job very well. I would definitely return to RibCrib in Bartlesville because the food was great.

My husband has been to this Rib Crib many times and this was my first. He said the food was great but since they've remodeled the place, the service went south. He wasn't kidding! We were taking a couple of friends out to dinner and this was the choice of place. Their servers are young and very unprofessional. Our server in particular thought she was being clever and funny but she was insulting.
