I stopped in at 4:00 PM to get a chicken bowl to go. There were no customers which I found odd. The counter person was very good and had good customer service skills. I ordered a bowl, white rice and black beans with grilled chicken along with the usual toppings. After mixing up my bowl I dug to the bottom and got a fork full of rice and beans. The rice was undercooked and hard. I found that strange because their rice is usually cooked right or o

Raymond Lian★Update: 02/16/2025 I found a rubber band and a staple in my food. Almost swallowed it but pulled it out because I couldn't chew it. This is unacceptable. This is so extremely gross just because this rubber band could have been on the floor or anywhere and now it's in my food. Update: 01/26/2025 The quality is the same as previously stated however they have definitely decreased their serving size by quite a bit. The food now sits in a shallow rectangular bowl rather than a larger square bowl. There is definitely a lot less food. This is my first time eating a Mexican Bowl and I can confirm it
