It's very slow. The meal will be served at 7:09, and it's still not good for 20 minutes. I got it at Starbucks at 32-02 Francis Lewis Blvd, Flushing. There was no one when I came. As a result, I still don't have it. Later, I waited too long. I went to find its barista and waited for another 5 minutes to make a wrong order for me. ( I didn't order matcha) After another 5 minutes, a total of half an hour, I finally got my order. I don't understand, because this is the nearest Starbucks to my high school, and there are usually a lot of people in the morning, so I came 20 minutes in advance and or

Nice atmosphere location. However, very displeased with their policy and customer service attention. Always enjoy Pike Decaf- unfortunately they have not had in stock that particular blend for quite sometime. They served as a replacement- The Americana blend- more expensive and quite strong- actually ( expresso ) decaf-didn’t realized the higher price. All other locations have Pike Decaf in stock. They had no actual manager at this location for sometime- until this past week. Learned from another local location- the price escalation - recently. Should have charged the lower priced coffee ble

This is Starbucks has a great atmosphere. It's also a great location if you want to experience the Gen Z stare. I smiled. I was polite. I gave a nice tip. No response. Just the stare. Void of any human emotion. I don't care what generation you are. It should be part of their training to at least greet customers like they want them there, and appreciate their patronage. I had to do that for my jobs, even if I was having a bad day...not to take it out on the customer. A company spend tons of money to create a beautiful location and great products...all to have it ruined by front line staff who h
